Shipping and delivery
We work closely with Royal Mail to deliver our smaller items, while ParcelForce take care of the bigger items.
In all cases, we aim to ship your items within 3-5 business days.
Returning an item
Thinking of returning something? No problem! Whether there's an issue with an item you've ordered, or you've just changed your mind, it's no big deal.
If you'd like to return an item, just let us know as soon as possible by emailing shopjct600@jct600.co.uk with your name and order number.
If you're returning an item because it's faulty, you'll have 30 days from the date of purchase to let us know and return the item.
If you're returning an item for another reason, you'll have 14 days to return the item in order to receive a full refund.
In all cases, in order to be eligible for a refund, the item you're returning must be in the same condition in which you've received it, and it must be in its original packaging.
Regardless of the circumstances of your return, however, we'll issue you a replacement or a refund as soon as we've received and processed the item[s].
